Curtin University is currently the only university in Western Australia that offers undergraduate and postgraduate units focused solely on the delivery of relationships and sexuality education (RSE). Our priority is on assisting you to plan, deliver and assess RSE lessons that are engaging, comprehensive and evidence-based. All units include a broad range of practical teaching strategies that can be used in school or community settings. For school teachers, you will find many of these engaging strategies are also transferable to other issues and learning areas.

RSE Curtin Credential
A 6 week, 30hr course that is suitable for anyone who works in school or community settings to learn about contemporary issues related to relationships and sexuality education (RSE). From the novice educator through to someone who might want a refresher, this course will provide you with contemporary and fundamental information related to RSE delivery, with a particular focus on the Australian context. The course focuses on the key evidence-based principles that underpin the delivery of RSE and will help you on your journey to deliver engaging and inclusive content. You’ll learn from supportive, highly trained professionals with decades of experience and expertise in education, sexology, and health promotion.
